Jayson has been in Real Estate for 17 years and is currently with Coldwell Banker in Newark. Throughout the years, he often came across homes that needed to be cleaned. This sparked an interest in him. He had done some small pressure washing jobs (on the side) over the years but in 2018 he decided to start a pressure washing business. After months of studying and learning from a former local house washer, he built a pressure-washing trailer, and Better Curb Appeal was born.

Through mostly networking, the business began to grow. Delivering a top-notch service at a fair/competitive price has helped the business continue to grow as well as get repeat business. He looks forward to more growth in the future and has added equipment to help with efficiency.

Jayson and his wife Paula are lifelong residents of Newark. They enjoy traveling and love visiting wineries, bourbon distilleries, waterfalls, hiking trails, and historical sites.
